My client are a manufacturer and producer of high end quality equipment that is distributed internationally.

They are seeking a Sales & Shipping Co-ordinator  that is responsible for managing all orders from beginning to end.

The role involves:

• Processing orders
• Organising shipments
• Invoicing and regularly communicating with customers, suppliers, couriers and colleagues regarding sales orders, shipments, payments, and invoice queries.

Essential experience:

• Working with customs and coordinating international shipments
• Managing the entire sales orders process from order placement to delivery
• Experience in ERP systems (Syspro 8 and/or Salesforce experience beneficial)
