Assistant Production / Site Manager
£35,000 - £45,000 + Profit Share Bonus + Full Industry Training + Clear Progression
Facility based. Commutable from Exeter, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Crediton, Okehampton, Tiverton and surrounding areas.

Within this autonomous and varied position, you will be tasked with supporting the current site manager with the running of the site including overseeing man management, maintenance planning, HSE function and compliance. The Role:

Assisting current Site Manager with running of operations
Ensure compliance of all operations
Lead and develop the team
Play a key part in the integration of SHEQ systems
Monday to Friday, 40 hoursThe Person:

Recycling, material handling, industrial, plant, quarry, construction, aggregates or manufacturing/industrial experience
Strong people management skills
Lives commutable to Exeter
