Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a knack for scheduling and problem-solving? We're looking for a Job Coordinator to join our team and oversee the efficient programming of our engineers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and manage a team of 8 engineers plus subcontractors

* Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and management throughout the project lifecycle

* Manage a live programming board, ensuring smooth operations

* Handle new job allocations and problem-solve any scheduling conflicts

* Raise permits, and other documentation needed (RAMS, and method statements)

* Book and coordinate service/PPM appointments with customers and engineers

* Maintain professionalism with a confident telephone manner

* Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (experience beneficial)

The right candidate would ideally

* Come from a previous role booking engineers or scheduling work loads

* Have excellent communication skills

* Be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle time critical tasks
