Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates within the construction sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, building strong relationships and providing them with the best talent in the market. This role offers excellent earning potential through a competitive salary and commission structure, along with opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and identify suitable candidates for construction roles, from trades and labour to senior management positions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing an exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

* Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and assessments to ensure the right fit for clients.

* Manage the full recruitment process, including negotiating offers, providing market insights, and handling client queries.

* Work towards set targets and KPIs, driving business growth while maximizing commission potential.

* Keep up to date with construction industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction industry (although transferable experience from other sectors will be considered).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about achieving success.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

* A positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
