This includes:

• IT infrastructure and system management
• IT strategy and coordination
• Support and troubleshooting
• Network and security management
• IT budgeting and asset management
• Team leadership and development
• Compliance and standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
• Expertise in property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and guest service platforms
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud-based services
• Experience with telecommunications, audio-visual systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Strong understanding of guest services and operational workflows
• Ability to train non-technical staff
