As a Senior Estimator, you will be integral in pre-construction estimating, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure the submission of competitive, high-quality tenders, helping to secure profitable new projects in line with the company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate best-value pricing.
Lead the estimating process from project inception to final submission.
Develop cost plans and analyse contract budgets.
Support the procurement process to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and subcontractor services.
Collaborate with Senior Management to provide strategic input into bids and proposals.
Manage estimating elements across multiple projects at various stages.
Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators and graduates.What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in estimating large-scale building projects.
Expertise in Frameworks and negotiated contracts.
Ability to price from first principles and prepare detailed cost plans.
Strong knowledge of construction technology and engineering designs.
Proficiency in Conquest Estimating System and On-Screen Take-Off.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
