Patient Coordinator

* £26,000 per annum

* Monday - Friday

* Initial Temporary Contract leading to Permanent after 3 months.

A multinational organisation is searching for a Patient Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Your role will be to support the Onboarding team by managing queries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Your background

* Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service environments.

* Experience managing phone calls and email correspondence.

* Ability to develop good, productive working relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Job description

* Supporting the Onboarding team by responding to incoming enquiries via telephone and email.

* Ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in all relevant systems.
