Description
As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for customers working within a professional services regulated environment providing support and guidance around the services the business offers.
You will handling incoming and outgoing phone calls assisting with a variety of enquiries ensuring service level agreements and targets are exceeded.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds and the business will look at transferable skills
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
Passionate about customer experience and providing the best service
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
An excellent team player
