A Russell Group University in Lodon is looking for a short term Website Executive to join the team for 4 weeks, working 4 days per week. The Website Executive will be working across 2 teams to support with data cleansing and organisation across their CRM and CMS.

Client Details

Our client is a prestigious Russell Group University in London. They have large internal digital, communications and marketing teams, where this role will be sat.

This role has hybrid working, in the office 1-2 days per week.

Description

• Supporting the Alumni team with data clean up across excel sheets for upload to CRM.
• Running & documenting testing of search and website functionality to ensure smooth user experience.
• Amending content to improve search engine optimisation (SEO) and overall website accessibility.
• Working collaboratively with the website team.

Profile

A successful Website Executive should have:

• Excellent excel and data literacy.
• General knowledge or prior use of CRM and CMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
• Collaborative approach to working and is able to stick to tight deadlines.
• Desirable: knowledge of digital best practices and key accessibility guidelines related to websites.

Job Offer

• £140 - £155 per day PAYE (Umbrella also available).
• Part time role 4 days a week.
