About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial unit in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic project with a reputable contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundworks and general construction site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

* Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site.

* Ensure the project complies with design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

* Communicate effectively with the Site Manager, project team, and stakeholders.

* Maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or industrial construction projects.

* Strong understanding of groundworks and civil engineering principles.

* Valid SMSTS/SSSTS certificate.

* CSCS card (gold or black preferred).

* First Aid at Work certification.

* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
