Job Description

Manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure requirements are met
Ensure all machinery is serviced in line with the service calendar
Maintain all OEM service contracts
Continuously improve TPM check points for all plant and machinery
Manage all contractors to support with the maintenance of the building and facilities
Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to ensure best service and pricing opportunities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Well versed working in a maintenance supervisor/manager position within a manufacturing business
Previous experience working on precision manufacturing machinery
Strong leadership / management experience
Electrical and mechanical knowledge/understanding
