Are you a Field Engineer who is keen on technology and has experience with office moves and installations? I'm currently working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Kidderminster, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and support to businesses across various industries.

The Role

You will be a proactive and skilled Field Engineer with experience with hardware including office moves, decommissions, printer services and more. You will be working on customer sites providing expert support on a wide range of IT issues. You will need to be willing to travel and understand the importance of good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Deliver and collect hardware from clients.
• Work in a team on office relocations and hardware rollouts.
• Set up printers and office hardware.

About You
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers).
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Clean driving license.
• Clear DBS.
