A rare, exciting opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor?and Negotiator to join this well respected Estate Agency in Derby. My client will?require the successful applicant to deal with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, estate agents, vendors and purchasers, whilst also supporting the sales team and negotiating sales. 

Estate Agent Sales Progressor and Negotiator – Benefits 

• Basic salary between £25,000 - £27,000
• Option for company car
• Bonus scheme and performance related earnings

The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor and Negotiator will ideally come from a similar role and have a minimum of 12 months experience in estate agency.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor and Negotiator will be responsible for: 

• Managing the sales process through to completion
• Liaising with partner agents
• Responding to emails and calls
• Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
• Negotiating offers
• Gather required documents to complete the sale 
• Responding to queries and arranging conference calls

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor and Negotiator you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.  

Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Experience Needed 

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Negotiator experience is essential 
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
• A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential  
• A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload 
• You will be target driven, eager to do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth completion process
