We're working with a leading FM provider in London, celebrated for delivering exceptional hard services to the healthcare sector. They're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to nurture client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery across hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. 

The Role:
As Account Manager, you'll oversee key healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and operational success in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC services. This is a fantastic chance to bridge client needs with top-tier FM delivery while working with a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts across healthcare sites, focusing on hard services (e.g., HVAC, AHU maintenance).
Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and complies with healthcare standards (e.g., HTM regulations).
Act as the main point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate with operational teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Track account performance, report on KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring:

Experience as an Account Manager or similar in FM, ideally within healthcare.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical services (HVAC experience is a bonus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Awareness of healthcare compliance and client service standards.
Ability to juggle multiple accounts and travel across London as needed.
