Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Senior Reception Supervisor with previous experience in a similar role service to work for a large company in The City.

If you are a Permanent Senior Reception Supervisor with Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, have previously managed or supervised a team, collaborative and have a positive attitude we would like to hear from you.

Job Title - Senior Reception Supervisor

Salary - £35,000k - £36,000k

Location - The City, London

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Managing 2 receptionists in the team.
  • Meeting external and internal guests
  • Showing guests to meeting rooms
  • Provide assistance with events.
  • Ensure any Audio Visual systems are up and running, covering troubleshooting if needed.
  • Supervise internal events outside of normal working hours if needed
  • Engage with suppliers and housekeepers
  • Providing pro-active administrative support to the business.
  • Responsible for the onboarding/off-boarding process for all employees on number of platforms for example - Concur, Robin, F24, R&M Book & Locale.
  • To provide a polished professional customer service experience to external clients/visitors and internal clients.
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms for employees.
  • Complete daily meeting room checklist.
  • Arranging in-house catering for meetings and events.
  • Serve refreshments to staff and visitors in meeting rooms.
  • Clean, tidy and replenish meeting rooms after meetings.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role
  • Management or supervisor experience
  • Experience working in large corporate firm in professional services/legal/tech or financial services Industry.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Comfortable being in a standalone role.
  • Possess strong organisation skills
  • Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude and being a supportive team player are essential
