What You’ll Need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, awarded by the UK Teaching Regulation Agency
  • A PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT), or Teach First qualification
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students, along with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
What you’ll do:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, ensuring all students make progress
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Work closely with the teaching team to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to ongoing school improvement
  • Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the holistic development of each child
