* Plan and oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.

* Lead, supervise, and mentor the hygiene and yard teams, promoting best practices and high standards.

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training where necessary.

* Investigate hygiene-related incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and documented.

* Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to align hygiene practices with operational needs.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and implement improvements to hygiene processes and systems.

Requirements:

* Experience in hygiene or sanitation management within a manufacturing environment.

* Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
