A specialist property and construction consultancy are looking for a focused Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Manchester team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of commercial property.

The Building Surveyor will also have the chance to develop professional services skills such as condition reports, acquisition surveys, party wall advice, defect analysis and measured surveys.

MRICS qualification is preferred
5+ years' consultancy experience ideally
