We are seeking Machine Operators to join a fast-growing medical manufacturing company based in Wokingham. You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team, playing a crucial role in the production of medical-grade components.

Key Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Operating Semi-Automated Machinery - Loading components, running the machine, and ensuring smooth production (Full training provided).
✔ Quality Control & Inspection - Checking components and sub-assemblies to meet strict ISO & medical standards.
✔ Basic Plastic Assembly - Handling lightweight components and ensuring precision in assembly.
✔ Chemical Weighing & Handling - Measuring chemicals accurately as part of the production process (Safety training provided).
✔ Maintaining Production Standards - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Hands-on Approach: Enjoys working with machinery and assembly tasks.
Attention to Detail: Able to follow work instructions and quality standards precisely.
Eager to Learn: No previous experience required - just a positive attitude and willingness to train.
Reliable & Punctual: A dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
Driving License Preferred: Not essential, but beneficial for commuting to site.
