• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet obligations
• Lead credit control efforts, including weekly site reconciliations and client communications
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
• Oversee and develop the finance team, driving high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners

What You’ll Bring:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Solid background in management accounting, ideally in construction
• Proficiency with financial systems like Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong grasp of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and related regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
