Driver Hire (Torbay) is recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our client's team. You will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, accurately taking down details, and ensuring excellent customer service. A confident telephone manner and strong spelling skills are essential. Additional duties include contacting customers by phone and email with correct pricing, planning delivery schedules, handling walk-in customers, and managing paperwork and general filing.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
- Answer and make calls professionally and confidently.
- Communicate clearly with correct spelling when handling customer details.
- Plan and organise delivery schedules efficiently.
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and paperwork.
Working Hours:- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Requirements:- A confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills for planning delivery schedules.
- Ability to independently assist customers and handle their orders effectively.
