The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Technician to join their Estate Services team based in Swindon. You'll play a vital role in the Grounds Maintenance team, overseeing daily tasks across various sites in Wiltshire and Berkshire. You will be responsible for maintaining estates to a high standard, completing ground maintenance activities, and leading a small team to ensure tasks are carried out safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in maintaining clean and well-kept estates, ensuring all grounds maintenance tasks are completed on time.
Safely use and maintain gardening equipment and materials in line with risk assessments and manufacturer guidelines.
Carry out spraying tasks according to supplier guidelines, ensuring relevant records are kept to comply with health and safety and legal requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and fit for purpose.
Respond positively to service breakdowns and customer complaints to ensure customer expectations are met.

Skills and Experience:

Pesticide Application Certificate PA1 - PA6 (or equivalent) is essential.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Horticulture or a similar discipline is desirable.
Proven experience in a similar role, including the operation of gardening machinery.
Full, clean UK driving licence is required, as the role involves driving a company vehicle
