Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Programme Manager to join their team in Cape town on a contract basis - Onsite. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.
Role Overview:
- Provide programme management support for project implementation, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the PMO Office to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct risk management and change management activities.
- Ensure that project standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings and status calls, and contribute to project reports.
Skills:
- Strong experience in project implementation, particularly with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with PMO Office functions and responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA are a plus
