Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Location: Solihull/hybrid

Hours:Monday - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

A well-established financial services business with Platinum Investors in People accreditation, are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their busy team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in developing and implementing the Marketing Operations strategy
• Manage and oversee product/service changes across all customer touch points and communication materials
• Provide guidance to the Marketing Operations Executive
• Approve of all collateral before publishing
• Supporting the Head of Marketing Operations on RFP activity for a new vendor
• Liaising with Compliance and Legal on contracts
• Creating presentations for various business cases for new process
• Support the Marketing Analytics Manager, tracking metrics and developing dashboards and reports
• Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement systems or tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus excellent benefits.
