THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor

Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour by assisting with identifying pupils in need of support. You will use a variety of strategies to promote positive behaviour and manage challenging situations by conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils. One of your main responsibilities will be maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and behavioural interventions.
