Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join our prestigious luxury nursing home in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to take on a leadership role within a high-end care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Home Manager in the overall management and smooth running of the nursing home.
- Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Develop and mentor staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Manage and resolve clinical incidents and complaints effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff members.
- Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of care and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership or managerial role within a nursing home or similar environment.
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of current nursing practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous professional development.
