About the Role: Join our Safeguarding and Support Team, where you'll play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families. As part of this team, you will:

Provide high-quality casework and services
Safeguard children, promote well-being, and enhance outcomes
Conduct child and family assessments and section 47 enquiries
Develop and manage SMART CIN, CP, and LAC plans
Maintain professional standards and engage in supervisionAbout You: We're looking for individuals with:

A relevant social work qualification and registration with SWE
Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar setting
Demonstrable teamwork skills in a proactive and solution-focused environment
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a caseload effectively
