Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a civil engineering sub contractor who are looking to bring on board a freelance quantity surveyor to work on a project in the centre of Edinburgh.

You will be site based 5 days per week in this role.

Duties include:

* Liaising with our Design Team and Project Team

* Being the sole QS on site

* Leading / assisting with weekly project meetings

* Responsible for effective document control and maintenance
