Lead Generator
Location: Altrincham on-site 5 days per week
Salary: £28-32k OTE £40-45k

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in lead generation or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and networking.

* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

* Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.

* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.

* Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Analyze market trends and competitors to refine lead generation strategies.

* Meet or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

* Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills
