About the Team

You will be joining the Central Government team here at Adecco. We are a diverse, motivated and highly successful team with our clients and candidates at the centre of what we do. You will be joining a team of 10 consultants who specialise in both temporary and permanent recruitment, within: IT, Programme, Project Management, Procurement and Commercial sector. About the Job:

As we gear up for significant growth in 2025, we're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong network within Central Government
  • Conduct market mapping and identify potential target clients.
  • Engaging with clients (email, face to face, telephone, virtual engagement) to provide Recruitment support and pre/mid/post campaign engagement.
  • Using Consultative sales approach to identify client requirements.
  • Qualifying job specification and ensuring we comply with different government frameworks (RM6229 | RM6277 | PSR | DOS6 | G-Cloud 13)
  • Networking externally with clients
  • Talent pooling for future growth of your target clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve targets and exceed clients' expectations.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience, including but not limited to IT, Procurement or Commercial
  • A full 360 recruitment background essential
  • Proven track record in new business development and lead generation
  • A strong network and understanding of the public sector, particularly the central government sector, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and reactive mindset.
