Our client, a leading Property company in the Housing Development industry, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Support Advisor. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 3 months, but could extend further or have temporary to permanent potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, promptly addressing any issues raised and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update databases, ensuring easy reporting and document retrieval.
  • Collaborate with development colleagues and contractors to ensure efficient completion of remedial works.
  • Utilise IT systems and reporting to manage defect resolution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the development team and other colleagues to implement recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the customer journey, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-completion satisfaction surveys to collect and analyse feedback, sharing findings with the development team for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, update systems, gather customer feedback, and provide information for performance reporting.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and partners.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with defects management software and producing reports.
  • Experience in the construction or house-building sector.

Location:

A split working pattern between a Manchester-based office and home-working
