Location: Quedgeley
Pay Range/details: £25,000 - £26,000

Our client is looking for a team member to work in their busy Customer Success team

 Customer Success Advisor

Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount.
Inputting orders into the ERP System.
Order Management.
Being a main support to the Sales Administrative Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully.
Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key.
Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email.
To answer incoming customer service calls
Qualifications & Requirements - Customer Success Advisor

You will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
You will display an excellent level of attention to detail.
Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Fantastic customer service skills via email and over the phone
To be a motivated and positive team player.
Excellent IT skills.
