My client is currently recruiting for a temporary Part Time Receptionist to join their friendly team in Tottenham

Reporting directly to the Office Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking and redirecting calls to the relevant department
• Welcoming customers and creating badges
• Directing customers to the correct departments
• Printing out letters and documents to send out to customers
• Assisting with updating the database

For this role you will need strong customer service skills and able to liaise with large group of customers attending events.  The role will require you to work 3 days a week but Thursday is not negotiable.  Hours will be either 8:30 to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm.  If you have all of the relevant experience, please apply immediately.
