Are you an experienced and passionate Maths teacher looking to step up into leadership or interested in a new challenge? We are looking for a Deputy Head of Head who can make an impact and become a key part of community schools growth and improvement journey.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Maths to join our school in Cheshunt, South East Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and shape the Maths department, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the Maths department
Developing and implementing curriculum and assessment plans
Providing professional development opportunities for staff
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Ensuring the department meets academic standards and targets

A proven track record of successful teaching experience
A relevant teaching qualification and experience in Maths education
Strong leadership and management skills
