Early Years Practitioner in Children Centres

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced early years practitioners to work in various children's centres across Camden, Haringey, Hillingdon, Islington, and Lewisham.

Hours: Flexible, including:

8am-4pm

9am-3pm

8am-6pm

10am-6pm

9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality early years education and care to children aged 0-7 years

* Plan and implement engaging learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework

* Support children's development in all areas, including physical, emotional, social, and cognitive

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

* Undertake administrative tasks as required

Essential Requirements:

* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)

* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an early years setting

* Enhanced DBS check

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A passion for early years education and child development

Desirable Requirements:

* Experience working with children with special educational needs

* First aid qualification
