HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Opportunities with Simply Education
Location: Stoke - On - Trent
Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Specialization: Special Needs Provision
Typical working hours: 8:30 - 3:30 (full time, Monday - Friday preferred)
Salary: £100 or £120 per day dependent on payroll choice at interview

Simply Education is seeking dedicated and experienced HLTAs to join our team, supporting students across various special needs settings. If you're an experienced TA or HLTA passionate about making a difference in special education, this role could be your ideal fit.

HLTA Key Responsibilities:
-Provide targeted interventions and general classroom support for students with special needs.
-Occasionally lead whole class sessions, following pre-planned materials.
-Track and assess student progress to inform future learning objectives.
-Work in various settings supporting students with diverse needs such as Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs, mental health issues, and PMLD.

About You:
-Previous experience supporting students with special needs in a classroom environment.
-Confident in adapting to different learning styles and needs.
-Able to independently deliver and review lesson content to ensure optimal student progress.
-Flexible and adaptable, ready to find the best setting suited to your skills.
