We are looking for somebody who is passionate about plants & horticulture to work for a well-established, award-winning, London-based business as an External Maintenance Partner.

Working as part of a very friendly team in a fun industry, this role will involve the maintenance of exterior plants and gardens across a variety of clientele, including offices, schools, hotels, and some of the most well-known buildings & businesses in London.

For this role you will need experience of driving in London (vehicle provided), covering predominantly Central and West London, with occasional work just outside of the M25.

What do you need?

- A passion for plants / horticulture (essential!)

- Ideally experience working in a similar role, however the company can offer training for the right person.

- Experience of driving in Central London.

- You must be hands-on, reliable and enthusiastic.

Hours, Salary & Benefits:

- Full time preferable but will consider 3+ days per week for the right person.

- Working days are Mon-Fri (optional paid overtime on Saturdays) and hours will vary from project to project (6am - 3pm, 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm etc.).

- Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 (depending on experience, qualification & skills).
