Team leader premium processing

Deputy head of processing for the Property, Construction, Programmes and Profin, Global Casualty, UK & Ireland business area.

• You are the main contact for your business area and will manage the processing of binders.
• Responsible for monitoring income and reporting any failures/wins to the Head of Finance.
• You are the first point of contact in the event the LOB (Line of Business) SME (Subject Matter Expert) is unable to assist.
• All high priority/profile escalations to be brought to the attention of the Head of Premium Processing.
• Monitor workflow and reviewing Stats from the bureau and cascading outputs to the team to drive improvement.
• Point of contact for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) to ensure manual process is put in place/followed up in the event that the workflow tool should fail.
• Lead the Performance Reviews for your team members
• Ensure that CPD (Continued Personal Development) and online learning is completed prior to deadlines.
• Approve absence to ensure sufficient cover.
• Arranges any Training and Development for your team
• Arrange correct system access for your team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Team Leader/Senior Premium Processing role - Binding Authority experience is a must.
