Job Role: Senior Technical Sales Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer who are looking for an Senior Technical Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Grow and develop the business and sales department
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base specifically key accounts
Responsible for producing and achieving yearly sales forecasts and budgets
Create and monitor strategies
Lead, support and coach the sales team
Present technical solutions that are relevant to your customer needs
Work closely with senior management/directors
Determine and set sales targets for the team
Attending networking, exhibitions, and business social events to secure and grow new and existing clients
Drive maximum share of customer spend through utilisation of the full product portfolio

Job Requirements:

Technical Sales Management experience within an Engineering environment
Manufacturing Engineering qualification or equivalent
10 - 15 years experience working within Engineering (desired)
Able to read engineering/technical drawings
Willing to travel throughout UK and overseas

Salary & Shift:

£45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
