In-House - Tax Manager - City of London

A leading Real Estate company which is seeking to expand significantly across the UK and Europe, and this role will support that growth, reporting to senior tax leaders.

Key responsibilities include managing tax transitions during deals, overseeing corporate taxes, VAT, and other international tax matters, and coordinating with finance teams and external tax providers.

The role involves working with investors on joint venture tax obligations, handling tax aspects of funds and accounts, and preparing tax forecasts.

Additional duties include managing compliance with global tax reforms, transfer pricing, and FATCA obligations, while adopting new tax technologies.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced tax professional, familiar with similar product structures, and able to build strong business relationships, likely with a background in private equity, investment management, or a major consultancy.
