Slitter/Rewinder Operator - Leeds
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: up to £30,000 (flexible based on experience)

We're recruiting for a Slitter/Rewinder Operator to join a leading packaging and labels company in Leeds. If you have experience with slitting and rewinding machinery and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be the perfect fit!

What's Involved?

Operate and maintain slitter/rewinder machines.

Handle printed rolls, perform quality checks, and prepare products for dispatch.

Inspect reels, remove waste, and package finished materials.

Perform basic machine maintenance and calibrations.

Keep your workspace clean and report stock shortages.

Shifts

Rotating weekly:

Week 1: 6am-1:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Week 2: 1:30pm-9pm (Mon-Thurs), 1:30pm-8pm (Fri)

Week 3: 9pm-6am (Sun-Thurs)

The ideal candidate

Experience operating slitter/rewinder machinery in print, labels, or packaging.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A flexible approach to overtime and weekend shifts.
