TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors and RDSAP Assessors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the SLOUGH area to survey OVER 1000 PROPERTIES.
 
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (IN HOUSE SOFTWARE)

Outside IR35 role 
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION and RDSAP 
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extensionbased on performance.
FULL TIME ONLY - 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST
RDSAP/ENERGY experience is a MUST
