Job Title: Process / Machine Operator

Salary £13.43 per hour circa £29,335 per year

Contract: Temp to Perm after a successful first 8 weeks  

Location: Melton Mowbray LE13

Job Description: Are you looking for long term opportunity and genuine progression within company? We are looking for a Process / Machine Operator to join our team within a busy manufacturing facility specializing in plastic mixing. The ideal candidate will have an FLT licence or be willing to undergo training.

 Skills and experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Basic knowledge of machinery and tools used in production (training will be provided)
FLT/RTITB Licence or willingness to learn
A good level of English
Key Responsibilities:

Operating mixing machinery   
Ensuring smooth running of production lines
Loading and unloading materials using a forklift truck (training provided if required)
Manual Handling (bags up to 25 kilograms)
Performing quality checks and reporting any issues
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Hours of work:

Week 1

Monday and Tuesday (Apply online only)

Wednesday and Thursday Off

Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Apply online only)

Week 2

Monday and Tuesday- Off

Wednesday, Thursday (Apply online only)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday- Off

Week 3

Monday and Tuesday- off

And after completing WK4 you are reverting to week 1etc
