Salary: £714 per day

We are looking for a highly skilled senior adoption manager for a contracted role based in London, the candidate must have an extensive background in banking/finance.Details;- London (Hybrid role 2-3 days on site)- £714 day rate - Outside IR35- 12month+ contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive adoption strategy for Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Teams) and other business applications (e.g., Trading CRM, ERP systems).
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align adoption goals with business objectives.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage adoption projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to facilitate smooth transitions and integration.
    • Monitor and report on adoption progress, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Training and Support:
    • Develop and oversee training programs to educate employees on the effective use of Microsoft products and other business applications.
    • Create user guides, tutorials, and other support materials to aid in the adoption process.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  4. Change Management:
    • Implement change management best practices to drive user engagement and acceptance of new technologies and business applications.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
    • Address resistance to change and implement strategies to overcome adoption barriers.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to promote the benefits of Microsoft products and other business applications.
    • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Gather and incorporate feedback from users to refine adoption strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software and business application adoption.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and services (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams) and other business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP systems).
  • Proven track record of managing complex, global IT and business application adoption initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
