Background -

Menlo Park are working with a highly regarded PCN looking to add a PCN Pharmacist to their small, close-knit team to cover two surgeries. You will ideally have Primary Care experience and be a prescriber, however, the practice are happy to support with prescribing if not. You will be part of a growing and motivated team with a very forward thinking attitude, always looking for ways to offer the best service to patients. The role is a fully practice based position.

Salary -  £43,000 - £48,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity

Well-established in the community
The surgeries both have superb staff retention rates
Motivated to help you progress and succeed as an on-site Pharmacist
Work across two practices within the PCN
SystmOne computer system
Your role -

Ideally full time PCN Pharmacist (37.5 hours) - Mon-Fri but open to condensed hours and part time
Work alongside a very varied and experienced MDT
Provide expert advice to patients and other staff regarding drug management
No home visits
No extended hours
