Finance Assistant - £25,000 - £30,000 – Thetford – Hybrid Working

Reed Accountancy and Finance Norwich are working exclusively with a rapidly growing client to recruit for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This role offers a competitive salary and the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
• Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing invoices
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
