Operations Coordinator

Location: Hertford

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Operations Coordinator - Main duties:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Process and track orders, escalating delays as needed
Manage stock purchasing and control
Communicate with UK and international stakeholders
Prepare shipment documentation and invoices
Monitor shipments and update customers
Maintain accurate company records

Operations Coordinator - What we need from you:

Export or international trade knowledge is advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
Team player with initiative
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic and hardworking
