Director - Building Services

We are looking for someone to start, grow and lead an MEP team out of an existing Bristol office - supported by other regional multi-discipline teams.

This person should have solid career experience to date within the building services sector. They promote a relaxed office environment contrasted with their sharp professionalism in order to deliver the best client solutions.

Your role would be to develop the MEP team, recruit employee's and help to win work - if you are from an Electrical background the plan would be to recruit a Mechanical lead to support you, or vice versa. We would aim to grow to around 10 people in the Bristol office in the first few years.

In return:

Salary £70,000 - £80,0000
