MS Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM Support Consultant

I am recruiting on behalf of an expansive UK Microsoft Partner, as they look to add to their specialist support team with a Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM support consultant. The role will involve supporting my clients diverse customer base within an enthusiastic, progressive team environment, where no 2 days are the same. This challenging opportunity provides a great platform to build on prior experience in D365/ Dynamics CRM systems support; growing exposure across a fantastic range of customer projects.

This role offers full home based flexibility, with occasional requirement to travel to customer site/ company office for meetings.

Supporting 1st/ 2nd line helpdesk support tickets surrounding Dynamics 365/ Dynamics CRM
Troubleshooting system performance issues/ minor bug fixing
Project based support analysis for new implementation projects
Training users on new functionality/ system changes

Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Dynamics CRM (v2016)
Ability to support system issues to 2nd line level
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand issues and troubleshoot effectively
Broad modular understanding - ideally including finance, supply chain OR manufacturing
