Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the residential care home.
Directing a team of care professionals with a passion for delivering the highest standards of care.
Building excellent relationships with staff, residents, and their families.

The ideal Home Manager will have:

At least 3+ years working as a manager in an elderly care home setting
Excellent operational management experience.
